Happy first day of spring! LA had the coldest and wettest winter I’ve experienced in years, but thanks to all the rain nature gifted us with a sea of blossoms all over Southern California! This year I got to enjoy the wildflower super bloom at Walker Canyon Poppy Fields, where the mountains were gloriously ablaze in a blanket of orange blooms!

As much as I love color, I also love patterns! And one pattern that I love is the animal print trend. Whether it’s leopard, zebra, tiger, dalmatian, or snake, we saw animal prints galore for the S/S 2019 shows for Burberry, Gucci, Roberto Cavalli, Philosophy, and so many more!

We flew into Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam, and spent our first full day exploring Hanoi Old Quarter. The Old Quarter feels like a place paused in time, still vibrant with history, and brimming with cultural influences from China and France to name a few. Yay I’m back in Los Angeles, recovered from jet lag, and ready to start bringing you travel inspiration from my recent travels to Thailand and Vietnam! I’m kicking off my Thailand content at the gorgeous Temple of the Emerald Buddha, known locally as Wat Phra Kaew. It’s located within the precinct of the Grand Palace in Bangkok, and for all architecture and history lovers, this is a must see.

I wore this outfit on the last day of our recent road trip to Joshua Tree. I feel like boho fashion and Joshua Tree go together seamlessly! I had so much fun styling this shoot, where I imagined a young woman full of wanderlust traveling anywhere and everywhere, and taking pictures along the way.

Wrap tops are a perfect summer staple. They keep you cool under the summer sun, and the styling options are endless! You can wear them over your bikini top as a stylish cover up, layered over a tee shirt or dress, or paired with a cute skirt or denim pants. Not to mention wrap tops are super flattering for EVERY body type!

Santorini Lookbook 3 is my fashion ode to Greece!  In the sixth and last look from my trip I created a look inspired by the colors of Santorini: the iconic blue rooftops, the stunning white architecture, and the red bougainvillea blooming everywhere! I styled a gorgeous summer dress with blue and white stripes by Johanna Ortiz, and accentuated it with pops of red accessories.

Floral dresses aren't only for spring, they're perfect for summer as well. My Santorini Lookbook 2 brings flower power to the forefront with this amazing floral dress by Alexis. This is the season where flowers are in full bloom, and I felt like this bold red dress went perfectly with all the flowers in Santorini. 

Happy Summer Loves! Summer has officially started and I'm basically jumping up and down thinking of everything I want to do in the amazing weather! The first outfit I wore in Greece for my Santorini Lookbook is all about the perfect sundress.

My second Mykonos lookbook is all about perfect vacation style for your next trip, and feeling cool and chic under the summer sun! 

After spending a day and a half in Athens, we hopped on a plane to the beautiful island of Mykonos. My Mykonos lookbook is all about vacation vibes under the warm sunlight. When I think summer outfits, I imagine the cool touch of linen dresses, and straw hats for shade.

I just got back from an amazing 10 day trip in Greece with friends and I can't wait to share all of my travels with you! I'll be posting what I wore in Greece with different lookbook posts as well as travel guides of my adventures in Athens, Mykonos and Santorini.

I don't follow fashion rules such as no white until after Memorial Day, so here I am in a white on white look showing you how to wear all white in spring! I love a monochrome look because the minimalist aesthetic is instantly elongating, simple yet fresh, and always chic.

Today I wanted to share with you the perfect shirt dress for spring. A white button up is such a classic and timeless piece, that it makes sense to turn the flattering silhouette into a dress.

Now for all of you living in year-round perfect weather (I'm eyeing you LA), you are indeed blessed! You lucky ducks can wear springtime dresses by themselves. But for those of us with 4 seasons, the winter chill is still lingering. With that said, it can be daunting to think about what to wear to exude springtime fashion yet stay cozy. Let me share with you how I transition from winter to spring with Ali & Jay!

These shots were taken while on a boat tour through the Phi Phi Islands, near Phuket, Thailand. For the trip, I wore a bikini set from Nasty Gal. The cut out bikini helps accentuate the curves you have while elongating your frame at the same time.

Faux fur coats have been a major trend this winter and this one is easily my new favorite. I love the blush pink color, the crazy soft faux fur, and the accent black stripe across the back. A colorful coat like this one not only chases the winter blues away but really brings a pop to your outfit.

In today's look I styled one of my favorites: the overall! While I normally associate overalls with warmer weather, I used this opportunity to show you how to rock overalls this winter. It's all about adding cozy accessories, and layering warm jackets.

I'm happy to say that the pom pom trend is NOT over, and is here to stay throughout winter as well. These super adorable, colorful, and just fun-loving fuzzy balls are popping up on beanies, bags, shoes, and all sorts of cute winter wear. To express my undying love for the trend this winter, I put together this cute winter outfit in honor of the pom pom!
