Yay I’m back in Los Angeles, recovered from jet lag, and ready to start bringing you travel inspiration from my recent travels to Thailand and Vietnam! I’m kicking off my Thailand content at the gorgeous Temple of the Emerald Buddha, known locally as Wat Phra Kaew. It’s located within the precinct of the Grand Palace in Bangkok, and for all architecture and history lovers, this is a must see.

One of my favorite foods from Thailand is a popular street food called pad ka prao. It's a simple but delicious dish of stir fried ground meat (usually pork or chicken) with Thai basil, and served over rice and a fried egg. I was super inspired by my trip to Thailand, that I wanted to recreate this amazing dish into a healthy vegan version!

These shots were taken while on a boat tour through the Phi Phi Islands, near Phuket, Thailand. For the trip, I wore a bikini set from Nasty Gal. The cut out bikini helps accentuate the curves you have while elongating your frame at the same time.
